Hell’s Kitchen Bison Bacon Cheeseburger with Fontina:
I went to lunch with my friend Pam at Hell’s Kitchen in Minneapolis.
For $16, it was a bit over-priced, but the potion size was large and the meat was very good. Often bison is dry (people overcook it all the time, it’s not beef). The bun was good, too. I’m not sure how SAH would rank it, but I enjoyed it.
